Brighton: Sussex Square
Brief: Project management to transform a London Client’s seaside flat, from a weekend base into a home to relax, read the papers and enjoy the sea view.
Environmental issues a priority, the bathroom was replaced providing better insulation with new fixtures and fittings and additional storage.
A table space was created by changing the kitchen layout, which resulted in replacing units, worktop and all fixtures and fittings in this room.
Key pieces of furniture were purchased, whilst the inherited wing chair in the sitting room, was revived and reupholstered.
The sea blue paint colour continues through each room of the flat, creating a calming and restful seaside retreat.
"I had finally found the money to update my flat, but I had absolutely no idea what I wanted. With my enthusiastic involvement, Tamsin and I worked together to decide on the elements that were important to me within my home. Then putting together a scheme, she managed the whole process. The result is a jaw dropping, beautiful home. I cannot recommend Tamsin enough, if you want to find the potential of 'a loved home' within your home."
